ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) PROGRAMMES  PROGRAMME  ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS  ANIMAL HEALTH AND PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGY 
FISHERIES TECHNOLOGY
Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics,Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, and any one of the following: Geography, Food and Nutrition, Economics, Technical Drawing, Physics, Home Economics, any Nigerian Language  

AGRICULTURAL AND BIO- ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY
Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and any two of the following: Biology/Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Technical Drawing Geography, Further Mathematics, Clothing and Textile.   

HOME AND RURAL ECONOMICS
Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics Biology/Agricultural Science, Home Economics/Food and Nutrition, and one other from the following: Government, Business Methods, Economics/Commerce, Religious Knowledge, Geography, Book Keeping, Principle of Accounts, History, Clothing and Textile, any Nigerian language.  FORESTRY TECHNOLOGY Credit passes in English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and any other one from the following: Biology/Agricultural Science, Basic Electronics/Basic Electricity, Auto Mechanics, Metal Work, Technical Drawing, Geography, Economics/Commerce. A credit pass in Biology/Agricultural Science is an added advantage    

SCIENCE LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY
Credit passes in English Language Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.  The College does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology.  COMPUTER SCIENCE Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology/Agricultural Science, and any other one from: Chemistry, Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, and Type-Writing.                              

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) PROGRAMMES  
Candidate seeking admission into any Higher National Diploma Programmes of the College must fulfill the following requirements: 
i. Five (5) O’level credit passes in relevant subjects as obtainable in the National Diploma Programmes of the College, at not more than two sittings. 
ii. A Minimum of a Lower Credit grade in National Diploma Programme of the College, or of any recognized institutions.  
iii. Evidence of compulsory one-year post ND Industrial Training (I.T.) 
iv. Candidate with a PASS grade at the National Diploma level must present an evidence of at least Two-Years Post ND work experience.  
v. A holder of National Certificate in Education (NCE) in Agricultural Science (Double Major), with a minimum of a Merit grade, of a recognized government–approved institution, may also apply.  
vi. Prospective candidates shall be required to undergo screening at their various Departments before provisional admission could be secured.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE-YEAR PRELIMINARY STUDIES OF THE COLLEGE

Candidate seeking admission into the one-year preliminary studies of the College must possess at least, three credit passes in Science-based subjects, at not more than one sitting.  
Upon completion of the programme, the candidate would be required to present five O’ level credit passes (at not more than two sittings) relevant to the course for which he/she seeks admission.   
 The following are the subjects the candidates will go through for the one-year Preliminary Studies, to prepare them for the SSCE/GCE or NABTEB:  i. English Language ii. Mathematics  iii. Physics  iv. Chemistry v. Biology  vi. Economics
